This PVC foamed board has excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance. The working temp is 33°F - 160°F. and the forming temperatures of 245°F. PVC is good electrical and thermal insulator and has a self-extinguishing per UL Test 94. PVC free foamed board applications are almost unlimited. PVC is the most widely used member of the vinyl family and it is excellent when used for corrosion-resistant tanks, ducts, fume hoods and pipe. PVC is ideal for self-supporting tanks, fabricated parts, tank linings and spacers.
With a self-lubricating formula and a high sliding resistance alongside excellent long-term durability and weather resistance, PVC foamed board is an ideal marine plastic for a variety of applications including replacing wood, metal or laminate walkways, hatches, walkways, cabinetry and countertops as well as ship and boat components regularly exposed to harsh outdoor environments.
